Ashtanga is one the first modern day Yoga sequences brought by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to the West  in 1948. A combination of 41 Yoga Poses or Asanas which are linked through breath. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice comprised of a series of poses done in a set sequence

Our class is based on the Astanga Primary Series, designed specifically to align the body and strengthen the nervous system, whilst cultivating a feeling of inner peace, leading to a natural state of meditation
