Pregnancy is one of the most momentous personal journeys for any woman. It is a time of great change both mentally and physically. Join our pregnancy yoga classes to find time to tune into your body and your breath whilst developing a greater sense of connection with your baby. Our classes will allow for any adjustments that might be needed and allow space for gentle movement both in body and mind.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class as an additional health form will be needed to be filled out.
