Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket yoga is the rebel yogis choice. Developed in the 80’s by Larry Schultz who, after spending many years with his teacher Phattabi Jois, formed a new intuitive type of yoga: “The Rocket”.
It’s a free flowing, dynamic yoga class focusing on strength as well as flexibility.
Larry named the sequences, “The Rocket”, as it gets you there faster. Where? wherever you want to be. The beauty about the practice and the way it is taught, is that everyone gets to do what they want.
