Join Beth Morgan for an afternoon Autumn Reset including an introduction to Kundalini yoga and Yoga Nidra.
This will be a two and a half hours of pure bliss and relaxation as you give your immune system a boost with a powerful Kundalini Yoga practice and then sink into deep rest with a blissful Yoga Nidra.
This is entirely suitable for beginners. We recommend you bring a comfortable blanket and anything else you might need to feel comfortable and able to relax.
Vegan treats will be provided afterwards.
