Join Rachel for a four-week course aimed at those of you are who are totally new to yoga. Over the course of four weeks learn the fundamentals of a strong yoga practice from the sun salutations and key postures, meditations and breathing techniques that will allow you to go on to practice safely and confidently.
Each session will be an hour and a half long and will take you through a flow slowly, breaking down different postures so you gain full understanding of where the body should be. We will also look at other key aspects of yoga such as mindfulness, focus and intention.
