Make your vinyasa practice feel light, weightless and free flowing with this deeper dive into Ujjayi breath, how it links the movements within vinyasa from the more basic transitions to the more advanced.
You understanding of the movement patterns you go and do in most yoga classes will elevate as will your awareness around the movements, not just how to but the experience you should feel and their intention.
The foundation and methodology remains the same whether practicing the basic or advanced transitions.
This workshop is Act I of IV, it can be taken on its own too however if you are unable to make future workshops you will still get a lot of take aways.
This workshops are aimed at those with experience in yoga of 1+ years.
