In this breathwork workshop you will release physical and mental stress, tension and built up emotion as well as the opportunity to access deeper states of awareness and gain clarity of mind. We begin with a few variations of breathing techniques easily accessible for anybody and some simple body movements. Then by following the breath lying down with music and guidance from experienced facilitator Craig, you will drop into the body and out of the mind and open up to levels of healing and emotional release as your body will synchronise itself into heart & brain coherence.
A revitalising rest awaits you at the end of your session which is naturally switched on by the parasympathetic nervous system after all the fresh oxygen intake and clearing has taken place.
You will release old, trapped energy creating space for the new. A deep meditative experience awaits as we heal and dissolve blocks in the physical body and enter into a deep, restorative and expansive state of meditation which gives the mind a well needed rest and the body to enter bliss.
All you need to do is to allow yourself to go with the flow as you simply follow your breath!
No experience necessary.
