Have you been practicing yoga for a while now? Feel like you are getting to the point you want more understanding, more knowledge around the asana practice? Then this is the course for you.
Join Samuel for 4 workshops spread over 4 weeks designed to give you more knowledge, insight and education around your asana practice and how to elevate it to a point where you move past just making the shapes the teacher calls out.
Drawing on experience from many yoga avenues Samuel will be breaking down sequencing, more ‘difficult’ postures, transitions between postures, breath and pranayama and much more in these workshops.
You will come to learn why not all postures are for every ‘body’, how to manage your practice with injuries, how to self-practice and create your own sequences for those on the move or for the days you can’t get to the studio.
We will look are how to make the vinyasa practice smooth and seamless, how the breath ties it all together.
This course is not suitable for complete beginners, but aimed towards those who have been practicing for 1 year or more.
