Overview
Join Sophie-Rae for a 2 hour yin ceremony as we journey under the full moon. This is a potent time to channel our energy, invite in deep rest and set powerful intentions. Each month we will follow the astrological sign that the full moon falls within and align to the elemental energy of that month. The evening will offer yin, somatics, and intention setting to guide you deeply into connection to yourself.
