Join Samuel Nwokeka and Georgia Sinclair as we perfectly marry yin yoga with live piano and vocals. This Saturday, we might physically stay inside but we also go deep internally. Through this introspective practice we will explore not only physical layers of the body but the sheaths that lay beneath.
Evening overview
The yin practice will revolve around the 3rd, 4th and 5th chakras of the most commonly taught 7 chakra system.
As we are accompanied by classically trained musician Georgia Sinclair, this will not only be a journey through the sheathes but the senses.
From Sydney originally, Georgia was a piano teacher there for 8 years – guiding students through examinations and helping people tap into their creative potential.
Tonight, we hope to add another dimension to your yoga practice by pairing yin with the transformative power of live music. We invite you to surrender yourself to an emotive journey through the chakra system – an opportunity that welcomes self-reflection and the freedom of expression through movement. Music has the power to unite, to move, it allows us to feel and to transform. And through this special evening, we hope to achieve just that.
Our set-up means that we are able to give you both great sound and visual, to give you the most real studio experience whilst at home. We would encourage you to have a speaker to ensure the best sound possible on your end.
