Mandala Manchester was created out of a desire to serve the community and help people in needs through yoga.
Our previous events have been sell-outs and beautiful spaces in which the community of yogis in Manchester come to a space to raise awareness and funds for amazing causes.
4 Teachers will guide you through a 90 minute Mandala Vinyasa Class in which you will pass through 4 Elements of Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Who is it for?
For this event we will be raising money for Shelter. Who exist to defend the right to a safe home – because home is everything.
In Manchester we see homelessness everywhere, it is heartbreaking. As you never know where someone would be if they had that stability and safety of a home.
Not only this but the cost of living is rising, and it puts more and more people at risk of losing their home or not being able to afford their home.
Yoga is a tool, for self inquiry but also a tool of Action.
