A Rocket training with a difference, a lot of the Rocket practices we have come to know and love all have one thing in common, they use rocket sequence as a base line but there is always a progression of some type.
This training has been designed with this in mind.

Early bird Price: £500 – If deposit paid by 30th November 2021
Non-refundable deposit: £150 to guarantee a place on the course. Full payment is required before the course start date.
