Join us in a two hour Vinyasa Meditation guided by Dulce Mandala and enchanted by Carlos Mundalah live music.
Mandala vinyasa is the brainchild of Dulce Mandala, most of the teachers that you have practiced this form of yoga with has come from Dulce and The Yoga People.

Masterclass Overview
Mandala yoga is a playful practice where you will be moving 360 degrees around the mat, softly flowing through strong poses and inversions to the rhythm of the breath.
The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element, and related chakra, of the day as per the Mayan calendar.
The focus of this practice will be the element of water, a fluid connection through the adductors.
