During this workshop you will discover the three pillars of the Wim hof method : breathing, mindset and ice bath.

We will start by explaining how to best use each of the tools of the method to improve your health, your mood and your energy as well as how to learn to become friend with the cold (former chilly person speaking).
Then we will practice a few cycles of the breathing method and prepare physically and mentally before entering the 2/3 °ice water.
You will leave having learned to tame the body and the mind to improve your daily life!
