Anna has been teaching for six years since discovering yoga in 2011 whilst travelling in Australia, taking her first 200 hr YTT with Andrea Everingham in 2018. Since the first practice, Anna felt like something finally landed. After pushing herself in a fast paced environment, working in the TV industry for years, the healing and nourishing power of yoga enabled her to return to a sense of self. Feeling more balanced, connected and accepting she noticed her perception of the world began to shift in a more positive direction.
She became inspired by the traditional philosophy and profound spirituality of yoga and both teaching and practicing have become an integral part to her everyday life. Anna has taken a further 150hrs of advance trainings in Yin (Angela Jervis-Read), Mandala Vinyasa (Dulce Aguilar), Prenatal (The Yoga Campus) and Rocket (Samuel Nwokeka) nurturing her intention to keep sharing and offering with this community.
Anna's Teaching Style
Anna’s classes are purposefully sequenced to challenge and support a fluid exploration of asana practice. Her intention is to create a space that gently encourages you to find self inquiry in both movement and stillness.
