Anna began her yoga journey when travelling in 2011, discovering that through asana practice she was able to ignite a path of self discovery through movement and stillness. After years of pushing herself in a fast-paced lifestyle and environment Anna found that the physical practice of yoga provided the gateway to bring parts of herself, that were hidden, back into consciousness.
She completed her 200 hours Vinyasa training with the inspiring Andrea Everingham in 2018 and has since taking further trainings in Pregnancy Yoga (Yoga Campus), Mandala (The Yoga People) , Yin (Angela Jervis-Read), Shake The Dust & Embodied Yin (Satu Tuamela) nurturing her desire to continue learning and sharing with this community.
Anna's Teaching Style
Anna teaches from the heart, creating a welcoming space for others to find connection through introspection. With a strong focus on breath and intuitive movement driven by the felt sense, her classes are an open space for all to explore the body, mind and heart. Inspired by the rhythms in nature, through creative sequencing her teachings encourage self- compassion, self- expression and self- acceptance. She aims to inspire you to feel deeply into your physical body and spiritual self.
