Dan found his way back to Yoga and meditation to help live a more peaceful life, whilst better understanding his mind after being diagnosed with OCD.
Observing the transformative effects ofYoga and meditation for himself, he studied a number of Yoga traditions and developed fun and engaging classes that make these traditional systems accessible to the modern world.
Dan's Teaching Style
Dan teaches traditional hatha and ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
You will receive a solid understanding of both physical postures and mindfulness meditation, whilst encouraging a sense of openness and compassion towards yourself and others.
Classes are always tailored to the level of the student and will leave you feeling suitably challenged and deeply relaxed!
