India has been teaching for 5 years, 4 of those years in Manchester. India’s journey through yoga has been a life changing one. Starting out with a misconception that yoga was about the postures, yoga has taught India about uniting body and mind for a healthier life.

India’s teaching encourages each student to find their own way of movement in a way that works for them and provides the tools needed to help us cope with the physical and emotional stressors in our every day life. There is always an emphasis on strength before flexibility and a balance between challenging yourself physically and finding a center mentally.
