Jess’s initial introduction to yoga was a home practice around 6 years ago, mainly focusing on the fitness aspect.
During a year of travelling in Australia and Asia she found her love for the mental wellbeing benefits of yoga, along with incorporating yoga off the mat into other aspects of her life. Jess completed her teacher training at Sampoorna, India at the beginning of 2018 and has been teaching full time since.
Jess's teaching style
Jess’s classes are Vinyasa flow based focusing on a strong connection of movement with breath, Jess provides clear instruction and encourages everyone to explore their movements whilst challenging their bodies and focusing their minds.
