Rachel is a yoga teacher and naturopathic nutritional therapist. Combining her knowledge of natural medicine, the body and yoga, Rachel aims to restore mental and physical balance in her classes.
Rachels Teaching Style
Rachel’s style of yoga is playful and fun but will allow you to go deeper into yourself and start on a journey of self discovery. There is a strong focus on breath, mindful movement and meditation, aiming to bring the practice off the mat and into our daily lives.
Rachel has completed trainings with The Yoga People in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, with Norman Blair in Yin Yoga and with Yoga Mama in Pregnancy Yoga. She aims to provide the the space to take whatever it is that you need from class.
