Working for many years as a pt, i was aware of the effects that different physical disciplines could have on the body. Having previously pushed my own body to extremes I fell into yoga through a series of sporting injuries. I then found that through yoga I could combine the strength elements of weights with the discipline of martial arts and the flexibility of dance and quickly became hooked.
