In a breathwork workshop you will release physical and mental stress, tension and built up emotion. By following the breath with music and guided instruction you will enter deeper states of awareness, meditation and healing as your body will synchronise itself into heart & brain coherence along with the revitalising relaxation switched on by the parasympathetic nervous system. This together allows access to the body and mind’s vast potential to heal on a sub-conscious and conscious level and experience alternate states of consciousness.
You will release old, trapped energy creating space for the new. A deep meditative experience awaits as we heal and dissolve blocks in the physical body and enter into a deep, restorative and expansive state of meditation which gives the mind a well needed rest and the body to enter bliss.
All you need to do is to allow yourself to go with the flow as you simply follow your breath!
No experience necessary.
Ideally do not eat 3 hours before the session to have a light and empty stomach for the breathwork to take full effect.
