Alhu’s first encounter with yoga was at the age of 16, when she was going through some difficulty in her teen years.
Her mum’s partner back then was a yoga teacher and she was introduced to a gentle Hatha practice that helped her find discipline and commitment.
Alhu's Teaching Style
Her classes are strongly influenced by Mandala Vinyasa and Rocket, which makes her flows both creative and fluid as well as strong and structured.
She aims to create purposeful sequences, accompanied by mindfully selected playlists to help you breathe & move.
